On July 17, 1972, "Full Circle" was released, the DOORS' 8th studio album and the second without Jim Morrison.

Despite the presence of a hit: "The Mosquito", which will be covered by Joe Dassin in France, the group struggles to regain sufficient notoriety and the DOORS disband the following year, in 1973. .
