Did you know that Jim Morrison was invited on the stage of CANNED HEAT for a jam during a concert given in Miami, August 14, 1970? (See Picture 2). (Larry Taylor was not on bass during this concert, however)
Indeed, Jim had taken advantage of a little free time between the holding of two hearings of his trial in Florida to go to the performance of the group that evening...
Larry Taylor left us at the age of 77 on August 19, 2019.
